You can now check and sign up for the activities scheduled by the La Garriga Visitor Center for the last quarter of the year.
In addition to the usual visits and itineraries (the station shelter, modernism, the family activity Wake Up Holmes!...), this quarter includes new features and special programs.
We highlight the activities dedicated to the Modernist Conference from October 10 to 12 and those of the Festival between artists from October 24 to 26. Both activities are opportunities to discover unique spaces and the cultural and artistic heritage of La Garriga.
At the end of November we will offer you two special activities, on November 22, related to 25N, the international day for the eradication of violence against women, we will offer the guided itinerary “The women of La Garriga”, an opportunity to approach the history of La Garriga from the perspective of women.
On November 23, we will walk with Martí Oliveras, a geographer and climatologist who currently works as a weatherman at RAC1 and RAC105, he will accompany us on a walking route to talk to us about “Climate and forestry emergency in La Garriga and Montseny: where are we and where are we going?”
And to end the term, on December 21 we will offer a family Christmas workshop “Let's make Christmas decorations with the origami technique (folded paper)” suitable for children from 5 years old.
A lot of activities to discover or rediscover La Garriga from all aspects, natural, thermal, cultural... Consult the Visitor Center's activity brochure for the fourth quarter of the year:
