The "tast de la Mitja" is the intermediate test, which can be used by runners to test the Mitja test that is held annually in Granollers.

This year, the MItja Tast will take place on Saturday, October 26 at 10:30 am. Registration is now open.

The Tast de la MItja, organized by the La Media Sports Association, with the collaboration of the town councils of La Garriga, Les Franqueses, Canovelles and Granollers, has opened the registration period for the 2024 edition, which will last until 21 October or when 3,000 registered people are reached.

The 10 km athletic race will be held on Saturday, October 26, starting at Paseo de la Garriga and arriving in Canovelles.

Registered people will receive a sweatshirt and a runner's bag with various products as a gift.
