Another Festa Major, the Espai Nits la Doma will gather the best rhythms to offer concerts and parties for all tastes, the three nights of celebration.

Thursday we will start with the Festa Flaixbac, which will give way to a night of “barraques”, in which the leading role will be played by the entities that set up bars and where the party will last until 5 in the morning.

The theater bar hosts an exhibition that invites us to reflect on the effects of climate change on freshwater ecosystems and its link to women.

The exhibition "Augmented Ecofeminimes: Climate, Water, Women" can be visited from July 14 to 27 at the bar of the Teatre de la Garriga, El Patronat.

The exhibition, jointly organized by the Environment and Equality departments of the City Council, invites us to stop and reflect on the effects of climate change on freshwater ecosystems and its deep link with women.

From July 10 to 20, the Pintxo Route returns to La Garriga, with the participation of 26 establishments.

The Pintxo Route of La Garriga is back for another year, one of the most anticipated events prior to the Festa Major.

In this 13th edition, 26 restaurants and commercial establishments are participating, competing to win the title of best tapa in La Garriga.

Under the name "Summer Evenings", the Visitor Center offers, like last year, a series of activities that will allow you to learn about the heritage of La Garriga when the sun is already setting.

Most activities focus on the three most recognized elements of the Garriga legacy: modernism and the heritage linked to summer residence, the memorial heritage and the church of La Doma, which helps us understand how the people of rural La Garriga lived and related to each other.

La Garriga has the municipal swimming pools and the Núria Albó Library as climate shelters.

In the face of the heat, it is worth remembering that throughout the summer, La Garriga has two climate shelters: on the one hand, the municipal swimming pool, which will open on June 25, and on the other, the Núria Albó Library, which operates with seasonal hours.

Thus, until September 15, the library is open in the afternoons from Monday to Friday, from 4 to 8:30 p.m. and in the mornings of Thursday and Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
