The transformation of La Garriga through food that will cover the historical spaces of La Garriga linked to the production and the local food. The objective is to show the transformations in food consumption and the diversity of ways of feeding in La Garriga over time. A reflective look on the rich culinary heritage and gastronomic, social and historical panorama of the municipality.
The tour is a pilot test, which will be carried out by Marta Ruiz, author of the book La Garriga, a story between hobs. Recipes that speak of a town. and that will be incorporated into the regular offer that is made from the Visitors Center.
